1. What is Woodyard Interiors?

Woodyard Interiors is a small workshop and retail outlet based in rural Worcestershire, UK, specializing in the production of bespoke epoxy resin furniture. We are passionate about bringing our clients the best possible craftsmanship and service, resulting in pieces of furniture that are both beautiful, functional, and unique to our clients' requirements.

2. Where are you located?

Our showroom is located in the Hop Pocket Shopping Village, Bishops Frome, Worcestershire.

3. Do you have a showroom I can visit?

Yes, we have a showroom where you can see examples of our work and experience our furniture in real life. We believe in being approachable and are ready to help with any questions you might have.

4. What kind of furniture do you make?

We specialise in bespoke epoxy resin furniture. We have created a variety of pieces, including dining tables, TV stands, and entertainment units. All of our pieces are handmade and can be customised to fit your size requirements. We also offer a range of standardised products available directly online but also to retailers at exclusive rates.

5. Where can I see your products online?

We have our signature table range featured on our website. You can also see our work on our Instagram page and in our Online Store.

6. Do you do custom orders?

Yes, we specialise in custom orders. We’ll work with you to create your dream furniture. Feel free to get in touch with us to discuss your project.

7. How do I place an order?

You can contact us through our website to discuss your project. For items in our online store, you can purchase them directly.

8. What is the payment process?

For bespoke orders we will provide you with an Estimate outlining all the details of the project. Feel free to make comments as we hone in your desired specification. Once you accept the estimate we will require a 1/3 deposit before work commences. The final payment will be required before delivery. For orders in our online shop payment is required upfront.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

Our website uses secure payments through Stripe which can process all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). In our retail store we also accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and also cash.

10. Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we offer in-home premium furniture delivery to ensure your new items arrive safely and are ready to enjoy.

11. How long does delivery take?

The completion date of the project and associated delivery date will be outlined in your estimate. We will endeavour to ensure that completion is as soon as is reasonably possible, however we are not liable for delays resulting from any cause(s) beyond our control.

12. What should I do upon receipt of my order?

Upon receipt of delivery, you should inspect the product(s) and inform us of any errors by way of written notice within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the product(s).

13. What is your return policy?

Items purchased from our store or online can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, you must have your receipt or invoice, and the item must be in its original, undamaged condition. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further information.

14. Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Discounted or sale items and custom orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further information.

15. What is your cancellation policy for bespoke orders?

Cancellation of bespoke orders can be made within 14 days of the quotation being accepted, but the deposit is non-refundable. If the order relates to product(s) that we have been expressly or implicitly required to procure, create or alter to satisfy your requirements, the order may not be cancelled. 16. Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, our products are covered under a limited manufacturer's warranty for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery/collection in respect of frame and workmanship. The warranty is void if the original product is altered in any way. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further information.

17. What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers defects that existed at the time of delivery and/or manifested during the warranty period, and did not arise due to normal wear and tear or misuse/abuse. The product must be used for its intended purpose in a residential environment. For products with epoxy resin, we warrant that under normal use and with proper handling, the product will have no significant resin color fading within one year. 18. Do you offer an extended warranty?

Yes, you can purchase an extended warranty between accepting a quotation and up to and including the date of delivery. The extended warranty provides one repair within the coverage period for minor surface damage, small scratches, light dents, resin touch-ups for small chips, and refinishing services.
